Our mission to pass a bylaw that will allow residents of St.Catharines the opportunity to own up to 6 chickens in a coop. Chickens provide eggs and fertilizer for the garden. Chickens are easy to care for and are cheap to feed. Backyard chickens pose no threat to our city instead they will help make our city greener. |
